MICHELE COCCO

CEO

  • - Holds a degree in Physics and a PhD in industrial engineering from "Scuola Superiore S. Anna," Pisa;
  • - Boasts over 20 years of expertise in sensors and marine technologies;
  • - Brings more than two decades of managerial experience in the scientific domain.

Federico Pensa

Sales & Marketing Director

  • -Holds a degree in Economics and an MBA;
  • - Brings over two decades of international experience in Sales, Marketing, and After-sales, spanning more than 50 countries, with a focus on Automotive and Capital Goods industries;
  • - Possesses 5 years of consultancy experience specializing in digital transformation, IoT, and digital marketing.

fRANCESCO FALOTICO

CTO

  • -Holds a degree in Electronic Engineering with a specialization in biomechatronics;
  • - Accumulates over 10 years of research and development experience at the Biorobotics Institute, Scuola Superiore S. Anna (Pisa);
  • - Recognized as an expert in programmable electronic systems, particularly in FPGA programmable logic circuits.

STEFANO BARTELLONI

CFO

  • -Holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's in Accounting, Auditing and Control from Bocconi University, Milan.​
  • - Brings extensive experience in data strategy, analytics, and process development. Combines these skills to lead financial reporting, ensure compliance, and implement KPI-driven strategies that align with organizational objectives and maximize resource efficiency.​
