The marketing assistant reports to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for the implementation of all the company’s marketing activities in relation to participation in Events/Fairs, digital marketing, communication in specialized magazines, and more generally all commercial communication.

In particular, it is responsible for implementing the media plan, both on social media and in specialized magazines, following all the organizational aspects of events/fairs, actively participating in trade fair events, preparing brochures, and collaborating in the creation of various publications with commercial/trade purposes. advertising.

Part of the activity is also focused on updating the company website, in the events, products, and news section, extrapolating data on visitors, and generating useful insights for the commercial and R&D part.

AVVISO DI MANIFESTAZIONE DI INTERESSE

PER LA SELEZIONE DI PERSONE GIURIDICHE

OGGETTO DELL’AVVISO: manifestazione di interesse per l’affidamento di servizi di consulenza specialistica nell’ambito del progetto AUTOMA: identificazione e classificazione AUTOmatica di specie Marine Aliene, codice interno CNR NBFC_S8PMI_1045 e Codice Univoco (CUP) B97H24002820004 facente parte del programma di ricerca del centro nazionale della biodiversità “National Biodiversity Future Center (NBFC)”.

ENTE EMANANTE: Edgelab S.p.A.

PREMESSA

AUTOMA si propone di sviluppare un sistema automatico di riconoscimento e identificazione di taxa marini mediterranei, specie aliene (NIS non-indigenous species) e invasive (IAS), che permetta di generare un database quali-quantitativo in merito a comparsa, diffusione e invasività di questi ultimi. Il database fornirà informazioni sulle dinamiche di dispersione, sul potenziale di invasività delle specie aliene e sui meccanismi di competizione con specie autoctone. I dati biologici saranno associati a parametri abiotici, per consentire ai ricercatori correlazioni tra taxa identificati e variabili ambientali, soprattutto in relazione all’attuale crisi climatica mediterranea. I dati saranno acquisiti mediante AUVs (Automated Underwater Vehicles), dotati di telecamere ad alta risoluzione per acquisizione di immagini e provvisti di sonde CTD per la misura dei parametri chimico-fisici e integrati dal contributo di subacquei professionisti (istruttori, operatori tecnico-subacquei). L’identificazione automatica sarà permessa da attività di IA (Intelligenza artificiale) sviluppata in collaborazione con biologi marini. Il database, unitamente al sistema automatico di identificazione, sarà disponibile al NBFC per le finalità che intenderà prefiggersi. Il database sarà strutturato per arricchire piattaforme preesistenti e, in fase successiva, potrà essere implementato da subacquei ricreativi nella prospettiva di integrare innovazione tecnologica, ricerca scientifica e Citizen Science.

ARTICOLO 1 – OGGETTO DELLA SELEZIONE

Il presente avviso ha lo scopo di raccogliere manifestazioni di interesse da parte di persone giuridiche qualificate che intendano essere selezionate per svolgere attività di raccolta di immagini subacquee nel Mar Ligure. Le immagini raccolte devono riprendere alcune delle specie nell’elenco riportato nel presente articolo, inizialmente al fine di alimentare un database di immagini delle suddette specie e successivamente di validare lo strumento di riconoscimento automatico sviluppato dal progetto. Non essendo possibile valutare la presenza e la densità degli individui delle suddette specie, si richiede l’attuazione di almeno 9 missioni di raccolta dati, di cui 2, una nel primo mese di durata del contratto, l’altra a meno di un mese dalla fine del contratto, in aree con alta densità attesa di biodiversità. L’esecuzione delle attività avviene in piena autonomia operativa e organizzativa del fornitore e nessuna responsabilità potrà essere trasmessa a EdgeLab S.p.A. per azioni svolte dal fornitore al fine di ottemperare al presente contratto. La persona giuridica dovrà garantire che le missioni siano svolte a suo completo carico, senza gravare in alcun modo su EdgeLab S.p.A. oltre a quanto pattuito nell’Art.3. Oltre alle missioni il soggetto aggiudicatario dovrà consegnare tutte le immagini e di dati raccolti nelle suddette missioni.

Le specie di interesse del progetto sono:

  1. a) Fistularia commersoni (Pesce flauto blu); b) Lobotes surinamensis (Pesce tripletto); c) Pterois volitans (Pesce scorpione o leone); d) Pomadasys incisus (Grugno, Grufolatore striato); e) Siganus luridus (Pesce coniglio bruno); f) Charybdis feriata (Granchio corridore, granchio crociato, granchio crocifisso); g) Callinectes sapidus (Granchio blu atlantico); h) Polycera hedgpethi (Nudibranco alieno); i) Aplysia dactylomela (Lepre di mare dagli anelli, maculata); j) Lagocephalus sceleratus (Pesce palla maculato argenteo); k) Sphoeroides pachygaster (Pesce palla occhione); l) Beryx decadactylus (Imperatore, berice imperiale); m) Mnemiopsis leidyi (Noce di mare);

Specie autoctone di rilevante interesse biologico ed economico:

  1. n) Sparus aurata (Orata); o) Epinephelus marginatus (Cernia bruna).

ARTICOLO 2 – SOGGETTI AMMESSI

Sono ammessi a presentare manifestazione di interesse le persone giuridiche che:

  1. Sono regolarmente iscritte alla Camera di Commercio o analogo registro nel Paese di appartenenza.
  2. Dimostrano di possedere esperienza pregressa documentata nel settore specifico richiesto (Art.1)

ARTICOLO 3 – DURATA E IMPORTO

La durata della collaborazione è di mesi 4 a partire dal 15/06/2025, fino e non oltre il 15/10/2025. Tale scadenza include la consegna dei dati raccolti previsti all’Art. 1. L’importo, corrisposto due rate identiche, una a contratto firmato e una a saldo, e in seguito a emissione di fattura commerciale, è stabilito in € 25.000 + IVA.

  2. Documentazione comprovante i requisiti (visura camerale, certificati, referenze);

ARTICOLO 5 – MODALITÀ E TERMINI DI PRESENTAZIONE DELLE DOMANDE

ARTICOLO 6 – CRITERI DI VALUTAZIONE

Le manifestazioni di interesse saranno valutate in base a:

  1. Conformità ai requisiti richiesti;
  2. Esperienza pregressa in attività analoghe;
  3. Capacità tecniche e organizzative;

ARTICOLO 7 – COMMISSIONE DI VALUTAZIONE

La valutazione delle manifestazioni di interesse pervenute sarà effettuata da una commissione nominata dall’Amministratore Delegato di EdgeLab S.p.A. composta da 3 elementi. La commissione insediatasi per la valutazione delle candidature eleggerà al proprio interno un Presidente e stabilirà all’occorrenza il componente che svolgerà le funzioni di Segretario.

ARTICOLO 8 – ESITI DELLA VALUTAZIONE

Gli esiti della valutazione saranno comunicati entro e non oltre il 13 giugno 2025 mediante posta elettronica certificata solo al soggetto interessato.

ARTICOLO 9 – FORMALIZZAZIONE DEL RAPPORTO

Entro 7 giorni dalla comunicazione della selezione del soggetto aggiudicatario sarà formalizzata la proposta contrattuale e controfirmata dalle parti.

ARTICOLO 10 – TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI

I dati personali forniti dai candidati saranno trattati ai sensi del Regolamento UE 2016/679 (GDPR) esclusivamente per le finalità connesse alla presente manifestazione di interesse.
