Adriana De Col

Chairman

  • After earning a degree in Economics and Business from La Sapienza University in 1990, she has been registered with the Rome Order of Chartered Accountants since 1994 and, as of October 11, 1996, with the La Spezia Order. She is currently a member of the La Spezia Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts. She practices as a chartered accountant and statutory auditor and also provides tax and fiscal consultancy at Il Tarì Centro Orafo Polifunzionale in Marcianise (CE). Additionally, she holds positions as sole auditor and statutory auditor in various companies.

Alessandro Signorini

Standing Auditor

  • After earning a degree in Economics and Business in 2003, he has been registered with the Livorno Order of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2010. He currently collaborates with the professional firm CSCA S.r.l., handling accounting, tax consultancy, and the preparation of tax returns. Additionally, he works as a lecturer at a private school and at the Higher School of Internal Administration (CNDCEC).

Alessandra Geri

Standing Auditor

  • After earning a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of Pisa in 2011, she qualified as a Statutory Auditor in 2015 and has been registered with the Pisa Order of Chartered Accountants since 2016. She currently practices as a chartered accountant and statutory auditor. Additionally, she serves as an alternate auditor for a cooperative company.

Giorgio Diversi

Alternate Statutory Auditor

  • After earning a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Florence, he specialized in bankruptcy law and practice at LUISS University. He is registered with the Livorno Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts and with the Register of Court-Appointed Technical Consultants at the Livorno Court. As of the Admission Document Date, he holds positions as statutory auditor and auditor in several companies.

Federico Musetti

Alternate Statutory Auditor

  • Registered with the La Spezia Order of Chartered Accountants since 1988 and with the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1995, he has gained significant expertise in corporate and tax matters, management control, and financial analysis. He also provides consultancy in financial planning and management for SMEs. Currently, he holds positions as statutory auditor and auditor in several companies.
