EdgeLab S.p.A. The listing marks the culmination of a year of intense work by the EdgeLab team, supported by advisors Integrae SIM, EGA, Grimaldi Alliance, DGPA, and the audit firm Audirevi, who guided and assisted the Company throughout the admission process.

The placement, successfully completed for a total consideration of approximately EUR 3.5 million at a price of EUR 3.25 per share, attracted the participation of leading institutional investors together with a significant international industrial investor. The operation also received broad media coverage, with EdgeLab featured on the front page of Milano Finanza, highlighting an exceptional +50% increase.

The milestone was celebrated with the traditional bell-ringing ceremony, followed by a guided visit to the Museum of Science and Technology in Milan.

With the listing, EdgeLab embarks on a new phase of its growth journey, strengthening its ability to invest in innovation, launch pilot small-series production of AUVs, expand after-sales services, and consolidate its international presence.
